We know the importance of prompt contact with the homeowner as well as the type of service insured’s need after a loss, and we can provide it. By making prompt contact your insured’s will be pleased and you will have “peace of mind” in the knowledge that they are being handled properly. We understand how a delay in contact will generate multiple calls from the insured...to you requesting status. With PRO Construction, this does not happen.
In addition to insurance work, we also remodel commercial and private residences for Architects as well as individuals, for existing structures. We can handle any size remodeling project from the large corporation to the homeowner. These jobs are well supervised and operated in an efficient and professional manner.
We have the latest technology to prepare estimates and estimators that have been in the business for years working with insurance companies and property owners in order to reach a correct estimate. We encourage insurers to have inspectors review our work for adequacy and accuracy at the company headquarters.
We can supply references, if requested, but there is nothing that can take the place of knowing the quality and efficiency of PRO Construction, LLC once you have given us the privilege of providing service to you and your insured.

We Take You Through the
Remodeling Process
You need to be comfortable with the company you
trust your largest investment with—your home. Your building or remodeling
project must be done with thorough planning and accurate estimating. You need to
protect yourself by having complete confidence in the
work and the company that does it. At PRO Construction, LLC, we will work hard to earn your trust
and confidence and we begin by making sure you understand the remodeling
process.

Initial phone interview, discussing your

An appointment is scheduled at your home.
We discuss the project and proposed ideas and costs. |

If a design is needed, a fee for the
design is given. |

We do a preliminary design, present it,
and change the design as needed. |

After final drawing, an estimate is then
given. |

If estimate is accepted, a contract is
written with detailed specifications, building permits are pulled, and the
project start date is set. |
